Inner Refuge Therapy, PLLC is a clinician owned and operated psychotherapy practice that provides therapeutic services to Pueblo county and surrounding areas as well as teletherapy throughout the state of Colorado. Our mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care that empowers individuals to heal from past wounds, navigate through life challenges, and build resilience. Through personalized, evidence-based therapies, we create a safe and supportive environment where healing and growth are possible, helping clients reclaim their strength and lead fulfilling, balanced lives.

Many of our providers participate in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Oscar Health, Oxford, are currently in the process of being credentialed by Medicaid. We also offer private out of pocket services and also offer a sliding scale as needed and when available. We are a person-first affirmative practice and are honored to serve people of all religions, spiritualities and beliefs (including atheists), all races & ethnicities, all genders, all sexual orientations, all ages, all socioeconomic backgrounds, all cultures, all national origins, all first languages, and all abilities.
