Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are you accepting new clients?

We are! Once we gather a few details from you, our intake coordinator will reach out with next steps to help match you with the right therapist. You don’t have to figure it all out — that’s what we’re here for.

2. What insurance do you accept?

We accept Medicaid, United, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Kaiser, Medicare, and a few others — plus private pay. Once we have your info, we’ll help verify your benefits so you’re not left guessing (or stuck on hold with insurance).

3. Do you offer in-person or telehealth appointments?

Yep, we offer both! Whether you prefer the comfort of your own couch or a cozy office setting, we’ll do our best to match you with someone who fits your preferences and availability.

4. How much does therapy cost if I’m paying out of pocket?

Our private pay rates are $120 for a 60-minute session and $105 for a 45-minute session. We’ll always be upfront about costs so there are no surprises — just support.

5. How soon can I get an appointment?

We typically get folks scheduled within 5 business days. Once we have your info, we’ll be in touch quickly to talk availability and get you on the calendar.

6. What are your specialties?

Our team has experience with all sorts of life stuff — trauma, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, parenting stress, burnout, and more. We work with kids, adults, and anyone who’s feeling a little overwhelmed and ready for something to shift.

7. Where are you located?

We’re based in Colorado and offer therapy throughout the state. If you're local, you can visit us at our cozy office in Pueblo:
📍 720 N Main St, Ste 240, Pueblo, CO 81003
Not nearby? No problem — we also offer secure, easy-to-use telehealth sessions.

8. How do I get started?

Just share your name, phone number, and a little about what you’re looking for. Our intake coordinator will reach out (usually within a day or two) to help you take that next step. No pressure, no pushiness — just people who care.

9. Is everything confidential?

100%. Your privacy matters. Everything you share stays between you and your therapist, following HIPAA and all professional ethical standards. Safe space, guaranteed.

10. Do I need a referral?

Not at all. You can reach out directly — no doctor's note or referral needed. Just come as you are.
