We’re a new and growing group practice focused on providing trauma-informed care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is excited to expand, and we're looking for a clinician—either licensed or working towards licensure—to join us!
Position Details:
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Compensation: $40-$45 per hour, which means you can earn $3,200 - $4,500 per month!
Pay Frequency: Biweekly (No waiting on insurance payments!)
Position Type: W-2 Part-Time (office supplies included)

Responsibilities:
Provide mental health counseling to individuals, families, or groups.
Ability to work in person and remotely.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based practices and modalities, and regularly take part in continuing education and training.
Regularly meet with patients to provide counseling, develop treatment plans, and make client referrals as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and complete them within 24 hours of the encounter.
Skills:
Proficiency in mental health counseling and a variety of therapy techniques.
Knowledge of clinical research methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide child and family counseling.
Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Must be licensed or working towards licensure in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LPCC, LMFT).
Proficiency in patient assessment and care.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation.
Comfort with or willingness to learn Medicaid documentation standards
Experience with crisis intervention.
Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Familiarity with trauma interventions is a plus.
