Full-Time Therapist – Inner Refuge Therapy (Pueblo, CO)
Inner Refuge Therapy is a specialized group practice in Pueblo, Colorado, dedicated to trauma and attachment-focused care. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can “come home to themselves.” As a team, we share a deep commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families healing from trauma and attachment wounds. Advanced Trauma Training Provided: All full-time clinicians receive paid training in one of six nationally recognized trauma treatment models during their first year with us. This ensures every member of our team is highly skilled in trauma and attachment care.
Position Details
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Sessions may be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
Between 25 clinical hours/32 total hours and 35 clinical hours/40 total hours a week.
Opportunities to work with adults, teens, and children depending on training and interest.
Focus areas may include trauma, anxiety, depression, family systems, or other specialties.
Support provided to help you reach and maintain a full caseload.
Expected Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, or child/adolescent therapy sessions.
Maintain an average caseload of 25+ sessions per week once fully onboarded.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based practices and engage in continuing education.
Complete timely, accurate documentation in the EHR (notes, treatment plans, assessments).
Participate in weekly supervision and/or consultation meetings.
Collaborate with clients, families, and other providers for comprehensive care.
Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with state regulations and licensing boards.

Compensation
Hourly during the first 90 days: $38–$45/hr, depending on licensure.
After 90 days: Transition to salaried position with benefits. Tiered bonuses are offered at 29-32 clinical hours and 33-35 clinical hours. Clinical hours that exceed 35 hours a week are not encouraged to protect against clinician burnout.

Advanced trauma training provided within the first year of employment
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or candidate status with supervision eligibility.
Commitment to depth oriented, trauma- and attachment-informed care
Familiarity with Medicaid standards and HIPAA compliance preferred.
Strong communication skills and commitment to client-centered care.
