Our services

Inner Refuge Therapy provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services as part of the individual and family therapy process, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, coordination of care and referrals, and ongoing therapy for a range of mental health concerns.

Individual Therapy

This is designated for individuals- in person or online. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. 

45 or 60 mins | Most people pay between $10-$40 per session with their insurance

Out of Pocket pay is also accepted

Trainings and Consultations

Trainings on various mental health issues- including attachment, self/community care, and vicarious trauma can be provided for businesses and non-profits. Consultations on best mental health practices are also available. 

60 mins |  $120

Family Therapy

This is designated for at least two family members- in person only. Couples therapy is not available but referrals can be provided. However, parent coaching is available. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly but can be monthly in some circumstances.

60 mins |  Most people pay between $10-$40 per session with their insurance

Out of Pocket pay is also accepted

Clinical Supervision

Designated for pre-licensed counselors or social workers working towards their clinical license. In-person or online.

60 mins |  $120  

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and

There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
