Hi, I’m Bri.
I’m passionate about walking alongside teens and adults as they navigate anxiety, relationships, confidence, occupational stress, and trauma. I believe our past experiences, family systems, and attachment patterns can deeply influence how we see ourselves and connect with others. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and rooted in helping clients better understand themselves with compassion and curiosity.
I hold a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Master of Music from the University of Kansas. I am an LPCC working toward LPC licensure.
I am EMDR Basic Trained and SYMBIS Pre-Marital Counseling trained. With my background in music, I also enjoy incorporating expressive arts, movement, and humor into therapy when it feels supportive and authentic.
I believe you already carry many of the tools you need within you. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, build trust in your own voice, and discover what healing can look like for you. I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and a little bit of goofiness into the therapy room. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself as we work together toward meaningful change.
