Hi, I’m Dr. Ramos

Life can become overwhelming when you are accustomed to being the dependable person—the one who manages responsibilities, supports others, and continues moving forward despite stress, loss, trauma, or exhaustion. While that strength may have helped you through difficult experiences, constantly operating in survival mode can eventually lead to burnout, emotional disconnection, anxiety, or feeling unsure of how to move forward.

I am a Psychologist Candidate with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, providing therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, burnout, relationship concerns, ADHD, autism spectrum level one concerns, identity-related stress, and difficulties with personal growth or adjustment. I am especially passionate about supporting first responders, veterans, healthcare providers, caregivers, and other helping professionals who are often expected to remain strong while carrying significant emotional and professional demands.

I believe therapy should provide a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we will identify the patterns, strengths, and survival strategies that have shaped your life while developing practical tools to support meaningful and sustainable change.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work to ensure that treatment reflects your specific experiences, values, strengths, and goals. The purpose of therapy is not to change who you are, but to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your ability to navigate challenges, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
