Hi, I’m Gailynn.

I believe in the power of transformation through therapy. My passion lies in supporting individuals facing life’s challenges—especially those navigating the complex intersection of mental health and substance use (co-occurring disorders). I am committed to helping clients build the tools they need to make lasting, positive changes, no matter their age or background.

In our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice is heard and your goals take center stage. I tailor every session to your unique needs, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), breathing techniques, Accu-wellness, and practical coping strategies.

I welcome and honor diversity, and I’m humbled to work with individuals from all walks of life. My approach is rooted in empathy, openness, and genuine respect for your story and journey.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Colorado State University–Pueblo and a Master of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. I am a Licensed Social Worker and Clinical Social Worker Candidate with experience in geriatric care, juvenile offender services, mental health, and substance use treatment.

Your well-being is my priority, and I’m here to walk beside you—supporting you every step of the way.
